• We accept credit payment.
Shipping
• All US order is shipped via USPS First Class (2 to 5 days delivery) with a Delivery Confirmation. International is either First Class or Registered International USPS and delivery time is varied depends on the destination.
• Need it faster: expedite your shipping via Priority or Priority Express during check out.
• Made-to-order and personalized hand-stamp jewelry will take 3 to 5 business days to complete your order. PLEASE read shop announcements for completion time.
• Please note that the local government may charge additional fees and taxes. The customer is responsible for those fees. The shop has no way of knowing in advance what those fees will be.
Refunds and Exchanges
• I accept returns for up to 7 days after receipt of item. If for any reason you are unhappy with any item, please email me within 3 days of receipt for return authorization.
• Personalized/customized hand stamped jewelry and accessories are non-returnable unless we have made an error such as a misspelling.
• All returned items must be insured and in original condition. You will be refunded the purchase price (excluding shipping & insurance) within 48hrs of receiving returned item.

PACKAGING:
All order is packaged in a gift box, perfect for gift giving.
CUSTOM ORDERS:
All custom orders are completed on a first come, first served basis. The work starts on a custom order when the payment has been received (or cleared, in the case of e-checks). I will let you know an approximate completion time when your order is received. In the case where some materials may need to be ordered, this can take 5 - 7 business days for the material to arrive, in addition to the time it will take to complete your order. When you place your order, you will be notified if the material you have selected need to be ordered, so you have the option to choose another material or wait for the material to arrive.
